Please allow one month for shipping. Carole A. Feuerman (b. 1945, Hartford, Conn) is an American sculptor working in Hyperrealism, a style that grew from Photorealism in the 1970s. A pioneer in this meticulous lens on reality, Feuerman is know for her life-size and monumental sculptures of swimmers. Working in a variety of media including resin, marble and bronze, Feuerman’s sensuous works are typically rendered in bold, saturated pigments.

Feuerman’s work has been exhibited at the Smithsonian Institution’s National Portrait Gallery, the Venice Biennale and the Palazzo Strozzi, Florence, to name only a few.
