“SYNC" is one of the later pieces in the “EQUATIONS” series (2012-15). The elements in the series finds bold, flat colored planes surrounding a large, open square in the center. The design is meant to suggest a mathematical equation where the values (visual energy) of the planes “equate” to or balance the conclusion - the dynamic energy of the central square.
