The title "Bon Ton Roulet", ("Let the Good Times Roll", in Louisiana Creole French) is taken from the eponymous 1960's album by Clifton Chenier. His Zydeco style included shuffles, two-step, waltz, boogie-woogie, and the blues. Evita's aunt and uncle and parents would encounter this music in the dance halls of South Texas. Note the couples in the foreground wearing cowboy boots.
