Basquiat at Mary Boone Gallery New York 1984:
Rare 1984 announcement card for the solo show 'Jean Michel Basquiat' held at Mary Boone Gallery, 417 West Broadway, New York.
The show as co-hosted by Bruno Bischofberger, who, alongside Boone, became Basquiat's primary dealer in 1984. Paintings included Bird as Buddha, Brown Spots, Eye, Untitled (Africa) and Wine of Babylon. The show was also co-hosted by dealer Michael Werner.
