This engraving belongs to the series of Don Quichotte with 20 etchings and made at Atelier Rigal (France).
The selected Don Quichotte engravings are some of the most significant to discover the interest of Ponç in the Cervantes characters, as a result of his youth reading of "La vida de Don Quijote y Sancho" by Unamuno.
