Description
Own a piece of Pop history with special provenance! This is a hand signed and inscribed limited edition silkscreen entitled "1988 Man". It is a rare Artist's Proof, aside from the regular edition of 150. This silkscreen was given by Haring's to his dear friend and dealer, the pioneering Miami art dealer, Dorothy Berenson Blau who was one of the first to champion Pop Art and befriended artists like Keith Haring, Robert Indiana and Andy Warhol. Hand signed, dated and inscribed by Haring along the right recto (front). The inscription reads as follows:
"For Dorothy with Love"

10 1/8 x 8 inches (sheet)
This was sold by Dorothy's son Jim. ItAuthenticity is guaranteed. Sold in the original frame Keith/Dorothy housed it in, and not examined outside of frame.
