Description
Ce diptyque (deux toiles au format 92x73 cm) est un double portrait inspiré d'une célèbre affiche d'exposition de 1985 montrant Andy Warhol et Jean-Michel Basquiat habillés en boxeurs. Ici, Mimi the Clown se représente lui-même aux côtés de Warhol. Dans le cadre d'une performance réalisée à Fontainebleau en 2016, l'artiste a réutilisé les pochoirs qui avaient servi pour cette oeuvre (voir la quatrième photo).
