Description
A magnificent pair of oversized artist-created "tusks" by Pierre Giraudon, France, 1970. Each tusk in cobalt blue resin uniquely embedded with metal leaf, gold and silver flakes. The effect of the metal flakes in floating in the resin is organic and psychedelic at the same time. These tusks were aquired directly from the artist's atelier in 1970. Boldly dramatic, these "tusks"will add a fantasy element to any room. Giraudon was active primarily in the 1960s-1980s and produced sculptural and decorative works in resin.
