Alisan Fine Arts is delighted to announce our participation in Taipei Connections, a newly launched platform showcasing viewing rooms of over 70 leading galleries with a well-curated selection of artworks. It will be accessible from May 2nd through May 10th with a VIP preview between April 30th and May 1st.

We are presenting internationally acclaimed diaspora artists Chuang Che and Walasse Ting, who have both held numerous exhibitions in important museums worldwide; the Nobel Prize winner of Literature Gao Xingjian, whose constellation of exhibitions and plays have been presented in various institutions in Taipei and France where he currently resides, the multimedia artist Chu Chu whose works have been collected by International collectors and museums, Taiwanese ink artist Lee Chun-yi who studied under Liu Kuo-sung and famous for depicting northern Taiwan seascape.

We will also do a live streaming on May 2nd with our gallery director Daphne King. She will talk you through the gallery history and the current exhibition Ineffable Garden by Zhang Jian-Jun and Barbara Edelstein in the Central gallery. King will also share her insights on how coronavirus has affected the art market. The interview will be in English, Mandarin translation will also be provided.
