Founded by Anna Laudel with the aim of supporting the work of Turkish and international artists, the gallery is dedicated to promote artists by providing a prominent contemporary exhibition platform and by developing a greater understanding of contemporary art.
Following its first location in Istanbul, Anna Laudel opened its second gallery in Düsseldorf-Germany in 2019 to expand more internationally. Directed by Ferhat Yeter, both galleries host solo and group exhibitions by artists from Turkey and beyond.
The gallery also represents its artists of diverse backgrounds and generations in the global arts scene by showcasing their latest artworks at leading international art fairs.
Spreading over 1,000 square meters, Anna Laudel’s gallery aims to offer a spacious arts environment and welcome the widest possible audience. One of the largest commercial art spaces in Istanbul, Anna Laudel on Kazancı Street offers a significantly larger and flexible exhibition space with a disabled entrance.
Located at the new Beyoğlu Culture Road, a project which covers an area from Galataport to the AKM (Atatürk Culture Center) and connects the cultural venues of Beyoğlu district, Anna Laudel’s new gallery on Kazancı Yokuşu No:45, is accessible from Taksim Square and Fındıklı.
