In the 11th edition of Investec Cape Town, Anna Laudel presents a thoughtfully curated selection of artworks by the artists Ardan Özmenoglu, Ekin Su Koc, Mathias Hornung and Daniele Sigalot, challenging the conventional meaning and value of art in alignment with this year’s theme: UNBOUND.  The 2024 edition of the largest art fair in Africa explores at its core the boundless imagination and limitless potential of art to inspire and challenge. The fair provides a platform for art that provokes and incites the public ´s imagination and breaks away from traditional storytelling and social expectations. Anna Laudel’s selection of artworks challenges the perspective we have on everyday objects in various materials and their presupposed form of use.
