As the last 4 years Galerie Kellermann is once again taking part in the UN campaign #ORANGETHEWORLD against violence against women and girls, which runs from November 25 to December 10 - the Human Rights Day.
We will show an exhibition with selected works by our gallery artist: Bardula, Marian Bijlenga, Robbert de Goede, Bernd C. Dietrich, Stephi Friedrich, Ueli Gantner, Kurt Grimm, Sonja Kalb, Yoshiyuki Miura, Hannes Mussner, Sascha Nordmeyer, Simon Oud, Fabian Pfleger, Christoph Pöggeler, Merlin Reichart, Babak Saed, Alberto Saka, Reiner Seliger und Xianwei Zhu. As in the past, the gallery and our artists will donate 15% of the proceeds from the sale of selected works. In particular, we support the emergency fund of frauenberatungsstelle düsseldorf e.V.
On November 25, the international ORANGE DAY - we invite you to the opening of our this year’s charity exhibition. We will speak with Silvia Röck (Director of the International Women's Shelter of the AWO), Luzia Kleene (Coordinator of the Düsseldorf Intervention Project against Domestic Violence) and Juliane Bosselmann (Victim Protection Officer at the Düsseldorf Police). In addition, the poetry slammers Morgaine Prinz and Kamilla will address the everyday challenges faced by queer people and those who identify as women.
