GALERIE WILD
The gallery was founded in 1980 in Steckborn, Switzerland. An extension was established in 1986 in Basel and shortly after that a new gallery was opened in Germany, near Heidelberg. In 1990 all gallery activities have been concentrated in Frankfurt am Main, the most international City in Germany.
In 2008 a further gallery was established in Zurich and in 2011 the Frankfurt gallery moved to the southern part of Germany, near the Lake of Konstanz.
Recently the gallery in Zurich established a cooperation with the „Rainforest Art Foundation New York“ and acts as the European Representative since.
The gallery program promotes mainly Art of the 20th century, Pop Art, the New York School, as well as contemporary young European Art. In 2020 will be also included the new medias like photography and multimedia artists in the future program.
The gallery also consults and manages private collections and develops and coordinates large art projects in cooperation with international companies and institutions.
This international infrastructure, established over the past 40 years, made the „Galerie Wild“ to a well known focal point for cultural events, art consulting and art exhibitions.
