Down to Earth Sculpture Seminar Chaired by Richard Wentworth

The highlight of our programme for ‘Down to Earth’ is a seminar on the topic of contemporary sculpture practice chaired by renowned British sculptor Richard Wentworth. Saad Qureshi and Jane McAdam Freud will be present and will participate in discussions about their work. The aim of our seminar is to provide a starting point to discuss contemporary trends, address issues facing both curatorial and artistic practice and deliver a lively debate on the process of making and viewing sculpture in the 21ST Century.

Education and fostering a lively dialogue around the work on show at ‘Down to Earth’ i s fundamental to the ethos of Gazelli Art House. We will be offering a range of free activities to complement the exhibition, including curator lead tours and artist talks.
