On view will be a selection of works by Slovakian photographer María Švarbová, whose bright and playful images of nearly-identical bathers bely a deeper commentary on the controlled simplicity of her childhood in the Eastern Bloc. Her Swimming Pools series has been published in two monographs and earned her a 2018 Hasselblad Masters Award in Fine Art Photography.
