As a prelude to the jubilee of the 90th birthday of Raimund Girke (1930 – 2002) in the coming year, we will be showing the exhibition “White Limitless”. In it, we gather around 15 canvases of museum level, from the decade in which Raimund Girke found the lifelong theme of his painting – the color white.
By adding selected retrospects and outlooks, Girke’s entire cosmos can be experienced.
All works come directly from the artist’s studio, provided by his widow Karin Girke, whose art possession we have been managing for over 10 years.
