Pace is honoured to present the first large-scale exhibition of Richard Avedon’s work staged in Switzerland since 1989, at Quai des Bergues 15-17, from 21 September to 2 November 2018. The exhibition follows Pace and PaceMcGill’s announcement last November to represent The Richard Avedon Foundation and explores the central themes of Avedon’s oeuvre including portraiture, performance and humanity. The exhibition will feature the full spectrum of society’s positions through the lens of motions and emotions: from artists and performers to astronauts judges and politicians.
