This free standing sculpture of Frances Lewis was a study for a painting katz made of Sydney and Frances Lewis (see image above). The painting was recently sold privately for a record amount.

"Inspired by their encounters with Warhol, the Lewises became interested in contemporary art in the early1960s and they soon befriended many of the artists whose works they acquired. In 1985, the Lewises gave their private collection to Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and helped construct a new wing to house it.
