This work is one in a series of prints conceived during Long’s fellowship in Rome. It’s central feature is a profile of an abstract organic form nestled in a smooth gradient background. The frame is custom design made from cast bronze, inlaid with a glass eye, and inscribed in the bottom reads “Pre-Rome.”
