The assembled sculpture locks with a key-element that prevents its disassembly, 9 of the 39 elements are rings.
The great complexity of this perfect interlocking sculpture was made possible by using a highly sophisticated casting technology.

Only the settings on eight of the rings are visible; the ninth ring contains a fig leaf and is hidden inside the pelvic cavity. The sculpture is transformable and has two different configurations: one of them is displaying the ring containing the genitalia, by interchanging the rings with the ring hidden in the pelvic cavity, a fig leaf is displayed.
