From 20th May to 20th June, our gallery at Matignon avenue will host Résonnance, an exceptional exhibition. In addition, the exhibition Style at Sotheby’s, Paris will as well show some pieces of the same artist from 28th May to 4th June. We are very happy of the partnership that will combine the contemporary works of Rémy Pollet, who is one of our exclusive artists, with the thorough selection of decorative arts by the famous auction room.

We display the latest creations of Pollet, immersed in a powerful monochrome of black hues. Since the 90’s the artist began his exploration of matter through the multiple possibilities of the “asphalt” oil paints and the Indian ink. This free and independent expression reflects a personal quest for equilibrium between matt and shiny, opacity and transparency, darkness and the numerous depths of lights.
