The Art Affair gallery opened in 2004 in the gothic chapel of Altmann's house in the old town of Regensburg, Germany. The gallery has a total of 170 square meters of exhibition space which has hosted multiple exhibitions throughout the years ( 4–6 shows per year), quickly becoming a popular space for art enthusiasts, collectors, and artists.
The historical characteristics of our showing rooms and the recognition of Regensburg as a Historical world heritage city allow us to create a juxtaposition between modern and traditional. Our gallery transforms our exhibitions into an interactive space where the time contrast between art and architecture offers our visitors a formidable experience.
Our gallery aims to offer curated exhibitions that highlight the diversity of today's art and can place regional tendencies in an international context. Art Affair focuses on the presentation of contemporary artists whose works deal with recognizable motifs and who can capture their thoughts in the forms of painting, object, installation, and drawing.
