The exhibition introduces 15 erotic paintings that have never been shown to the public. The 15 paintings in the exhibition are from two books presumed to have been made by two of Joseon’s most prominent painters, Kim Hong-do (b. 1745) and Shin Yun-bok (b. 1758), or by someone who emulated their styles.
