TW always operates in unconventional spaces, and Brooklyn Horticulture is no exception, transforming a plant nursery into an art gallery. "Feed Me, Seymour" features the works of artists Kevin Sabo and Samuel Richardson."
Sabo's work is entirely about character, glamour, self-presentation –– with the artist, in one way or another, present in each and every work in a manner that feels both honest and somewhat humorous. Richardson's work allows the viewer to insert themselves into the work -- feeling metaphysical and breaking perspective, reminiscent of the works of de Chirico and Basquiat.
