Victoria Miro is delighted to participate in Frieze New York (Booth A07) with works by Jules de Balincourt, María Berrío, Alex Hartley, Secundino Hernández, Chantal Joffe, Isaac Julien, Yayoi Kusama, John Kørner, Doron Langberg, Wangechi Mutu, Alice Neel, Maria Nepomuceno, Chris Ofili, Celia Paul, Howardena Pindell, Conrad Shawcross and Sarah Sze.

The presentation marks major institutional exhibitions by gallery artists this spring including, in New York, Wangechi Mutu at the New Museum and Sarah Sze at The Guggenheim Museum, and in London, Isaac Julien at Tate Britain, Alice Neel at Barbican Art Gallery, and a new project by Sze with Artangel. Other museum highlights include María Berrío at ICA Boston; in Washington, DC, Yayoi Kusama at the Hirshhorn Museum; in Miami, Doron Langberg at the Rubell Museum Miami; and in Bristol, UK, Howardena Pindell at Spike Island.

Paintings on view include new work by Chantal Joffe, Doron Langberg, Howardena Pindell and Sarah Sze, an important Infinity Net by Yayoi Kusama and a significant work from the 1930s by Alice Neel. Sculptures include a recent work by Wangechi Mutu and an example of Conrad Shawcross’ celebrated Fractures. A new photographic work by Isaac Julien, Black Madonna / New Negro Aesthetic (Once Again... Statues Never Die), will also be on view.
