1998: Awarder: Literature and Art of Holy Land, Lhasa, Tibet
: Ang Sang was born in Lhasa.
Senior dress designer of the Tibet Song and Dance Group. In 1988 he graduated from Tibet University and won a prize for his work “Lamb” in the Tibet Contemporary Art Exhibition in Beijing in the same year. Since then he has participated in various exhibitions in Tibet, China and Japan.
