Awarder: Literature and Art of Holy Land, Lhasa, Tibet
Ang Sang was born in Lhasa.
Senior dress designer of the Tibet Song and Dance Group. In 1988 he graduated from Tibet University and won a prize for his work “Lamb” in the Tibet Contemporary Art Exhibition in Beijing in the same year. Since then he has participated in various exhibitions in Tibet, China and Japan.
