Nate Lowman (American, b.1979) is an interdisciplinary Contemporary artist, with a focus on pop and trash culture with works such as Warhol-esque silkscreened canvases, fake bullet holes, and smiley faces. Associated with

Dash Snow, Lowman came to prominence in the New York art scene during the early 2000s. He has had solo exhibitions at Maccarone gallery in New York, the Brant Foundation Art Study Center in Greenwich, Carlson Gallery in London, and the Hydra Workshop in Greece, among several others. His work has also been exhibited by the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Palazzo Grassi in Venice, the Palais de Tokyo in Paris, and the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York.
