Robert Bolster (American)

Robert Bolster (American) is an artist specializing in maritime paintings of the Atlantic Coastline. Bolston turned to painting in 2007 after a 28 year career as an illustrator, having originally studied illustration at the Rhode Island School of Design in 1979. Bolston’s work is influenced by American artists Winslow Homer, Edward Hopper, and N.C. Wyeth. He has exhibited with Tree’s Place, Cavalier Galleries, Hearle Gallery, Walsingham Gallery, among others.
