: Yasemin Teker Kemaloğlu was born in Ankara in 1961. She went to many countries because of her father`s diplomatic career so she was introduced to different cultures.
: She studied at the Academy of Rome, Fine Arts in Italy from 1978 to 1982 and completed "Qualification in Art" Training.
: She has participated in plenty of group exhibitions. She transfers to her canvas nostalgic subjects. Such as; Village, Town, City, Sea Coast, Topkapı Where The Ottoman Empire had lived, and women in European clothes during the years around 1940.
: The artist says; "Looking at my paintings are must feel the Sun`s heat in his heart, Everything must be light and clear, Faces must be full of smiles, Sorrow and Pessimism are never included in my paintings."
