Atrium Gallery announces a holiday exhibition: PEACE. Featured will be a newly acquired series of small acrylic paintings, “The St. Regis Series” By Willem de Looper. These intimate works done in the 70s offer a wonderful insight into the development of this significant artist’s works. They are elegant, pieces exuding quiet and peace-themes relevant to the celebration of the coming holidays. Also featured are a selection of additional works by gallery artists offering inspiration for the timely theme. Included are Leila Daw, Carl Goldhagen, Art Kleinman, Karen Kunc, Adrian Luchini, Jim Nickel,Randall Shiroma, Jane Schneider, Francisca Sutil, Christopher Tanner, Mary Joan Waid and  Victor Wang.

For many years, art has offered opportunities for personal reflection and spiritual inspiration. From the Mona Lisa, to the Rothko Chappel, opportunities have been presented and taken to celebrate our humanity through this type of art work. It is a fitting theme for our upcoming holidays, and an invitation to take this moment as part of our celebrations. We hope that many of you will visit this exhibition and enjoy the personal peace and joy it can inspire.

This exhibition continues through January 20th.
