WORLD ART FOR PEACE AND FREEDOM

From Abstraction-Création in 1930 to the Global Language of Abstraction in 1960

We are pleased to inform you about our participation and hereby cordially invite you to ART COLOGNE 2023 from November 16 to 19, 2023. This year's presentation under the title World Art for Peace & Freedom at our booth C-119 in hall 11.1 is dedicated to works from Abstraction-Création 1930 to the abstract world language 1960 by the following artists:

FRANCIS BOTT - GÜNTHER GUMPERT - ERNST LUDWIG KIRCHNER - BERNARD SCHULTZE - FRED THIELER - HANN TRIER - THEODOR WERNER - FRITZ WINTER

The presentation is intended to tell the story of art in the middle of the 20th century, which developed over and through the violent caesura of the art ban, the Second World War and the Shoah, and yet somehow always remained coherent, using a number of very different case studies.
