Opened Studio Mary Bauermeister, where she organized concerts, happenings and performances with artists like John Cage, David Tudor, Nam June Paik which contributed to the beginning of Fluxus

Returned to Germany to continue her work as a sculptor and garden architect, Cologne, Germany
