Galerie Kellermann is presenting an outstanding selection of young art. The aim is to present the best young talents from all over Germany in Düsseldorf. For this exhibition, the gallery owners Bärbel and Matthias Kellermann have visited the presentations of almost all German art academies and viewed thousands of works.
As a quintessence, Galerie Kellermann is presenting the works of 56 artists from 13 academies from Kiel to Düsseldorf to Munich in two consecutive exhibitions. On display is a spectacular national selection of young art from painting, sculpture, spatial installations and multimedia works. The special highlight: all visitors to the exhibition are invited to vote for their personal favorites.
The winner will receive the ACADEMY SELECTION AWARD worth EUR 5,000 this fall.
The patron of the ACADEMY SELECTION is Miriam Koch, Councillor for Culture and Integration of the City of Düsseldorf. Koch will present the award winner on August 28 as part of a final exhibition of the finalists.
